The motion to approve the agreement was made by Council Member Jeff Fullmer and seconded by Council President Scott Wessel. The roll‑call vote was: Wheeler, yes; Oswald, absent; Wessel, yes; Boyle, yes; Fullmer, yes; Hamberlin, yes. The motion passed unanimously among members present.
The action maintains the city’s operation of its fiber services under the updated terms; staff were directed to finalize the contract with the corrected delivery address. The council did not discuss changes to pricing in detail during the meeting.
