The Ammon City Council approved the Caliber Heights final plat during its Jan. 22 meeting after a presentation from City Planner Cindy Donovan.
Council President Scott Wessel moved to approve the Caliber Heights final plat; Council Member Kris Oswald seconded. The motion passed by roll-call (Wheeler, Oswald, Wessel, Boyle, Fullmer yes; Hamberlin absent).
Donovan had provided subdivision density information to the council in advance; she said all listed parcels reflect pre-change lot sizes and that Caliber Heights is the one subdivision on the council’s agenda that will have larger lots. Council discussion did not identify additional conditions or amendments to the plat at the meeting.
Next steps: the approved final plat may be recorded and processed according to city subdivision procedures.
