Additionally, the board approved a lease for the remaining portion of the Kirby Street property with JJSS Property LLC and terminated prior board order 22‑383, reflecting departmental relocations of developmental disabilities and veteran services out of the site and retention of public health services at that location.
An add‑on item (I4) appointed interim county counsel (Jod) so the hire may serve as legal counsel as required under OS203.145; the board approved the appointment unanimously.
