Westport board endorses public health nurse job update and creates part‑time clerk role

Matt said the role was intentionally set under the benefit threshold — about 19.75 hours per week — so it would be a non‑benefited position approved by town meeting funding. The motion to approve the part‑time clerk job description passed unanimously.
