Ammon planner: Target Park rezoning, state "starter homes" law and grandfathered junkyard discussed

Donovan also invited Councilmembers to the American Planning Association Region 6 spring summit being hosted at Ammon City Hall on April 15 and reminded the Council that a strategic-plan meeting is scheduled for April 23.
City Engineer Morgan Stewart provided a brief public-works update: the 1st Street project is on schedule after a final design review and staff expect to advertise bids in late July to mid-August.
