Those present for the closed-session portion of the meeting included Supervisors Curt Hilmer, Heather Knebel, Mark Doland, Curt Kupka and David Turner, along with Auditor Karen Rohrs and Michelle Schroeder, assistant to the auditor. The board returned to open session at 10:31 a.m. after a motion by Supervisor Heather Knebel, seconded by Supervisor Curt Kupka.
After returning to open session, minutes state that Supervisor David Turner will bring contracts back to the board next week for final approval; the board thanked Turner for his work on the project. The minutes do not specify the contracts’ parties, dollar amounts or additional contract details.
