Grafton council approves Last Chance Bar & Grill alcohol-license extension for March 29 banquet

The Grafton City Council voted to approve an application from Maher El-Sarraf, LLC d/b/a Last Chance Bar & Grill to extend its alcohol license for use at the Centennial Center on March 29, 2025, allowing service from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., the council recorded at a special meeting on March 18.
Mayor Chris West presided over the meeting at City Hall Council Chambers. Councilman Brad Burianek moved to approve the extension; Councilman Greg Young seconded the motion. The minutes state that all members present voted in favor and Mayor West declared the motion carried.
The application was filed to cover the Grafton Blueline Club Banquet scheduled for March 29. Members listed as present for the vote were Brad Burianek, Donavon McMillian, Phil Ray and Greg Young; members listed as absent were Kylen Kostrzewski, Loree Osowski, Brian Sieben and Darrin Wollitz. The minutes note that Nick Ziegelmann was also present.
After the licensing vote the council moved, on the motion of Councilman Phil Ray and a second from Councilman Brad Burianek, to adjourn; that motion carried and the meeting was closed. The minutes are signed by Mayor Chris West and Wanda Ensrude, City Auditor.
