Janine Harris, Auditor‑Controller, said Doolittle’s attention to detail and knowledge of MOUs and IRS rules ensured accurate, timely paychecks for county employees.
Ray Katapang, deputy auditor‑controller, called Doolittle a subject‑matter expert who ran a "tight ship" in the payroll unit and praised her mentorship. Doolittle thanked colleagues, listed many co‑workers and mentors, and invited family and staff for photographs.
The resolution was adopted by roll call vote recorded as 4–0. The board recessed afterward and moved to the next agenda items.
