Committee members asked staff to expand the RFP map and clarify the geographic boundaries and parking areas within the project outline so proposers understand the scope. A member also asked whether consultants should be shown the Freeman Alley consultant report as an example; staff said they could share prior reports and examples.
A motion to accept the Riverfront placemaking RFP as presented was seconded and carried on a voice vote. Staff will move to circulate the RFP under the committee’s specifications and receive proposals per the timeline in the solicitation.
