The Chippewa Valley Schools Building & Site Sub-Committee reviewed a December 2025 change order summary for projects funded by the district's 2018 Bond Fund and agreed to forward the items to the full school board for consideration at the board's Jan. 12, 2026 meeting. Administration told the committee that the December change orders are all within the bond budget.
The presentation and committee discussion did not record a formal vote; the minutes note that a motion will be taken to the full board for its consideration. Meeting minutes list Ken Pearl, Robert Wojtowicz and Don Kuntz as committee members present and show staff and consultants in attendance. The committee took no additional action at the sub-committee level. The board will consider the change orders at its Jan. 12, 2026 meeting.
