The presenter said consultation this year was conducted via an emailed questionnaire and that of 37 addresses contacted, the city received three responses. When asked by the presiding officer about the distribution list, the presenter named respondents including the Emergency Support Shelter, the Council of Governments (COG) and the Salvation Army and said Community House had not responded.
Council members did not take action on the plan at the meeting; the presenter stated the public hearing was for comment and that the plan will be submitted to HUD consistent with the consolidated plan timeline.
