Miss Duke described the visit, saying an inspector interviewed three youth that day and, after reviewing files, returned a report showing ‘‘no issues and no corrective action,’’ and concluded the facility was fully compliant with licensing requirements.
Board members applauded staff for the result and for the work they said the facility’s team performs for youth in custody.
