The amendment replaces the scope of work to add ongoing job‑specification revisions, support and notification of amended federal, state and local requirements; it extends the agreement through Aug. 31, 2029, and increases the not‑to‑exceed amount by $184,454 plus tax. The council approved motion 26‑191 unanimously.
On a separate item (motion 26‑194), the county’s Surface Water Management Division sought approval to increase the purchase price for a 0.38‑acre parcel in Arlington that it intends to use for flood control operations. Foley said the price was originally approved at $10,000 but negotiation revealed additional heirs and the new agreed price is $15,000, contingent on a formal probate proceeding; the council approved the motion 5‑0 and authorized the property officer to sign transfer documents.
