Commission discussion focused on clarifying whether the code requires a public meeting for an entire master plan or for individual proposals within a plan. Staff said the wording was copied from Anchorage Bowl provisions and suggested a scrivener’s clean-up for parallel language in both code sections.
No members of the public testified. The commission moved and voted to recommend approval; the motion passed. Packet materials and staff notes will be forwarded to the Assembly for its consideration.
