Jean Zarubica was nominated and accepted the vice chair role; that nomination also passed 5-0. The clerk position was considered next: a motion to nominate Peter Meyer was declined by that member, and another commissioner agreed to serve as clerk; that slate of officers was approved 5-0.
Commissioners signaled that policy review and regulations would be priorities for the coming year, and the board noted continuity on wastewater-treatment projects and related permits as areas the newly seated officers will focus on.
