The Town of Merrimac Board of Assessors re-elected Susan Searle as chair and completed routine administrative business at a meeting on May 11, 2026 at Merrimac Town Hall.
Susan Searle, chair of the Town of Merrimac Board of Assessors, opened the meeting at 4:07 p.m. and the board recorded attendance that included Gena Sinibaldi, Daniel Domings, Heather Roche and Madison Fortier. The board approved and signed the minutes from its April 6, 2026 meeting and approved and signed motor vehicle excise abatement applications.
Gena Sinibaldi, re-elected as a member of the board, was noted during the meeting. Heather Roche provided an office activity update, stating that "Supplementals have been completed" and that the "Budget for FY27 has been completed." Roche also reported that LA3 work, permits, cyclicals and map updates are in motion.
The board then entered executive session under M.G.L. c.30A, §21. The meeting record notes that the board did not reconvene into public session after the executive session.
The meeting adjourned at 4:58 p.m. The board scheduled its next meeting for 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 8, 2026, at Merrimac Town Hall.
