At a May 2 meeting of the Town of Atkinson Supervisors of the Checklist, the panel approved the Feb. 28, 2026 meeting minutes and completed a round of voter-verification mailings.
Supervisor Karen Trasatti moved to accept the Feb. 28 minutes; Supervisor Kristen Diamond seconded and all supervisors voted to approve the minutes. The supervisors recorded zero walk-in voters for the session.
The supervisors printed and postmarked 354 annual voter-verification letters on May 2, 2026, and hand-delivered them to the post office, the minutes state. The board determined that some registrants may have temporary or college mailing addresses and directed duplicate copies of eight letters to be mailed to those voters' domicile addresses; the minutes list the eight voter IDs sent duplicate mailings.
Trasatti updated the State's SVRS system with the next supervisors meeting date of June 2, 2026, 7:00–7:30 p.m., and said she would create and post a meeting notice at the town hall and library and email the town website contact with updated meeting information. The supervisors noted the voter-registration dashboard was not cleared and that NHVRIN records, pending approvals, pending removals and voters who moved out of town would be addressed at the June meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:15 a.m.; the minutes were submitted by Karen Trasatti.
