The Bolton Heritage Farm Commission received an update on routine grounds work at its June 1 meeting. The update was given under Old Business as part of the commission's regular meeting. The minutes note the maintenance work is finished and that the TruGreen service has been contracted; the minutes do not contain a bidding record, dollar amount, or vote on the procurement.
Chairman Arlene Fiano and other commission members were present during the report. The commission did not record a formal vote on the maintenance items in the posted minutes. Next steps noted in the minutes are limited to staff follow‑up on the contracted spray work and continuing display preparations for upcoming events.
