Conservation commission approves certificate of compliance and routine payments, continues one hearing

The Westport Conservation Commission approved a full release of a Certificate of Compliance for 65 Julian Way (file SC801748) after staff reported the garage addition constructed in 2010 is stabilized and work is complete. "All work appears to have been completed, record," staff said.
The commission approved routine disbursements, including payments to Mason Office Supplies ($265.99), consultant Campbell Environmental ($1,260), Mac dues ($489), postage ($282), and forestry supplies ($222.84). Members moved and approved a town letter authorizing the chair to sign a submission to MassDEP regarding a superseding order for 17 Adamsville Road; staff noted the letter includes George Campbell’s report.
The commission continued the Notice of Intent for David Petty, 144 Cherry Webb Lane (garage in coastal dune and barrier beach), to the June 23 meeting at staff recommendation. Members also reviewed several sets of minutes and set the next regular meeting for June 23, 2026 before adjourning.
