Trustee Ragonese moved, seconded by Trustee Schuettke, to approve commercial vouchers dated Sept. 11through Sept. 15, 2025 (checks #34831 through #34878) in the amount of $129,503.23; the motion carried. The board approved bi-weekly payroll dated Sept. 5, 2025 in the amount of $139,053.71 after discussion about higher overtime costs related to flooding. Trustee Ragonese moved, seconded by Trustee Schuettke, to approve the June and July 2025 Treasurers Reports; the motion carried.
The meeting concluded with a motion by Trustee Edgar, seconded by Trustee Schaefer, to adjourn at 7:32 p.m.; the voice vote carried.
