The Uintah County Commission approved minutes from its June 2 meeting and accepted warrants presented by Clerk Auditor Mike Wilkins, who said the warrants totaled $789,84.34 and included several one-time purchases. Wilkins identified a $33,438 forklift for facilities and a $66,319 bobcat purchased for Western Park landfill equipment.
The actions were presented by Mr. Wilkins and a commissioner moved to accept the warrants as presented; the commission called for a vote and recorded the approval. The acceptance enables the county to complete the associated payments and record them in county financials.
Commissioners then proceeded to other agenda items, including procurement and contract approvals scheduled for the meeting.
