Putnam County committee votes 2-1 to pre-file resolution on sale of county property

Legislative Counsel Heather Abissi said that if the Legislature later wishes to remove the property from sale it would need to rescind the prior directive that authorized the sale. Legislator Sayegh, who had participated in the earlier decisions to sell the parcel, said she would support the current offer. Legislator Regan said he opposed the motion. By roll-call the motion passed with two ayes and one nay (Regan).
