Under the approved plan the board set these prices, effective Aug. 6, 2026: high school lunch from $3.40 to $3.50; middle school lunch from $3.10 to $3.25; elementary lunch from $3.00 to $3.15; and a breakfast increase from $2.10 to $2.20. The chair framed the adjustment as the district's customary approach to use the DOE tool and take the smallest necessary increases to meet the required weighted average.
A board member raised a procedural question after Adam's presentation noting that the packet did not explicitly list the breakfast increase; the board moved and seconded an amendment to include the $0.10 breakfast increase and approved the amended motion by voice vote.
