River Ridge CDD adopts loan amendment and approves $173,367.78 ditch‑cleaning estimate

On a motion by Supervisor Kurt Blumenthal, seconded by Supervisor Terry Mountford, the Board adopted Resolution 2024‑05 with all members voting in favor.
Immediately following the loan amendment, the Board considered MRI Construction, Inc.’s estimate to perform dry retention flow‑way ditch cleaning adjacent to River Course holes #6 through #8 in the amount of $173,367.78. The Board approved the MRI estimate on a motion by Supervisor Kurt Blumenthal, seconded by Supervisor Robert Twombly; the motion passed unanimously.
The board also reviewed a revised McCullers Construction estimate of $277,550 to install a new well but took no action on that item; it will be reconsidered later. The Board accepted unaudited financial statements as of May 31, 2024 and approved the May 28, 2024 regular meeting minutes as amended. The Board additionally approved a recommendation that the Fining Committee review and take action against homeowners who removed littorals from a lake bank.
