Board member Stacey S. Superintendent Elijah Key said the item likely included a legislative-related change about dues-collection processes and salary adjustments. After discussion, Hannigon moved to accept the superintendent’s recommendation and Mr. Charlie D. Frost seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
Board members asked for presentations in future workshops that highlight changes and fiscal impacts of labor agreements. The packet listed the GESPA agreement as agenda item 9b; the board’s vote records no dissent on March 24.
