Board reappoints President Joyce Judy after executive session

The chair stated that the chancellor, the general counsel and an incoming president and vice president (identified in the meeting as Mark) were to attend the executive session.
The board set its next meeting for Aug. 17 and indicated that it will be held on Zoom. A reception was announced for 4 p.m. in the same place where lunch had been held.
No further action was recorded in the public minutes at the close of the meeting.
