The Beacon Falls Water Commission met on June 8, 2026, and unanimously approved the minutes from its May 11, 2026 meeting.
Gerard Smith, chair of the commission, called the meeting to order at 7:38 p.m. and read correspondence from Aquarion concerning PURA rate proposals scheduled for a commission decision in November 2026 and referenced Exhibit A for the full letter. Peter Betkoski moved to approve the May 11, 2026 minutes; Michael Krenesky seconded the motion and the vote was recorded as "all ayes." A motion to adjourn, moved by Betkoski and seconded by Krenesky, passed unanimously and the meeting ended at 7:40 p.m.
Lauren A. Fennell, clerk to the Water Commission, signed and submitted the meeting record. The minutes list three members present (Gerard Smith, Peter Betkoski and Michael Krenesky) and four members of the public in attendance. The agenda recorded no old or new business beyond the items above.
