Cherry Hill Council approves consent agenda, authorizes $39.25M in bills and multiple contracts

The consent agenda (Resolutions 2026-5-16 through 2026-5-30) was approved on a motion by Councilwoman Jennifer Apell, seconded by Councilman Rob Connor, with AYE votes from Councilwoman Apell, Councilman Connor, Councilman Daniel DiRenzo, Councilwoman Jill Hulnick and Council President William Carter.
Separately, on a motion by Councilman Daniel DiRenzo, seconded by Councilwoman Jill Hulnick, the Council approved payment of bills totaling $39,251,077.87 (Resolution 2026-5-31). The meeting record lists the bill total explicitly and records the roll-call AYE votes by the five present members.
