As part of that work, the district plans to move individual school PLC warehouses into a single districtwide warehouse to strengthen professional learning community work, organize shared resources, set norms and align practices across buildings.
Principals and instructional leaders from Cormier, Valley View and Pioneer—Brian Carter, Pete Marto, Doug Pieschek and Jason Fisch—outlined goals for pillars 2, 3a and 3b and presented evidence from cycles 1 and 2 that they said supports continued work in priority areas. The board did not take formal action on the presentations; the update was informational and will inform ongoing planning and implementation.
