Members approve minutes, management and legal invoices and pension notices
Summary

The chair asked if members had reviewed the Nov. 12 minutes; a member moved to approve, a second was recorded and the motion carried unanimously.
On invoices, the chair asked for approval of management fees and the law firm invoice. Cheryl moved to approve both items; Mitt seconded. The board voted "Aye" and the motion carried.
For pension items, Deborah moved to approve the notices of pension (including widow's notices) and the motion was seconded and approved without opposition.
The attorney and administrator each reported nothing to add. With no public comment or further information items, the chair adjourned the meeting.
