Motions carried 5–0 for each trip.
District librarians Michael Heim, Nadine Mathu, Erin Sawaski and Kaitlin Younger-Ryczkowski presented a three-year Library Plan framed around the Future Ready Librarian model, emphasizing the role of libraries as the "intellectual and academic heartbeat" of the schools. A board member asked about the district's relationship with Brown County Libraries; librarians described existing connections at the individual-school level. The plan was approved 5–0.
Assistant Superintendent/Business or staff representative Keith Lucius explained that extended contracts (duties beyond a normal contract) come before the board annually; the minutes state these contracts average about $13,484 based on the 2025–26 salary schedule. The board approved the extended contracts 5–0.
