CRA recommends lease of 1015 Northeast St. to CAPC for infant childcare; board approves

Teresa noted the property condition was good and that construction was substantially complete.
Doug Brown, representing CAPC and present at the meeting, was available for questions. Board members asked no substantive questions and the board voted 5-0 to recommend city council approval. Teresa disclosed a small amendment to page 2, section 5 on taxes clarifying both lessee and lessor are tax-exempt organizations; she provided printed copies of the amended language.
