In case CE26411, involving 3343 Marcus Drive (estate of Horace T. Huey and Verla M. Huey), Officer Ron Bowden reported continuing inoperable vehicle violations, including an expired tag and a van with flat tires. Bowden said the owner had been given until April 20 to comply; the magistrate ordered the $25-per-day fine to begin.
The magistrate recorded the commencements of fines; no vote tally was required as this is an adjudicatory enforcement action by the Special Magistrate. Further enforcement or appeal procedures will follow the city code and state statute cited in the hearing.
