ABE also identified what it described in the referral materials as an open trench or Goldfinch drainage feature located within about 10 feet of the proposed structure and asked that engineered plans show how the trench or drainage will be stabilized. Because those engineered drainage and OWTS designs were not available, the board requested a follow‑up review once stormwater and wastewater plans are complete.
No formal motion to approve the referral was recorded in the minutes; the board’s action was recorded as a recommendation that the county review the engineered plans before final sign‑off. The next ABE meeting is scheduled for May 12, 2026.
