Staff also said the company indicated an annual inventory value of approximately $40 million, which will be a basis for tax and incentive modeling.
Commissioner Hammond moved to approve advancing the application to negotiate deal points; Commissioner Gore seconded the motion, which carried. Staff said they will return with recommended agreement terms to present for approval at a future court session.
No final incentive or tax agreement was approved at the meeting; the action authorized negotiation and further review.
