Bath Council approves $76,104 pickup purchase; 86% covered by Commonwealth grant

Council approved the motion by voice vote (recorded as 4-0).
Manager Flynn presented the purchase with the grant funding allocation; Council did not record competing proposals or amendments. The authorization allows staff to complete procurement steps consistent with the COSTARS contract and grant conditions.
