Planner Julia C. Cottrell presented SUP26-0233 for Jose Lopez, who applied for a small contractor operation at 3271 Kratzer Road (A-2 zoning, Tax Map #94-A-110B). Chair Leila C. Longcor opened the hearing at 6:04 p.m.; no members of the public spoke. The Board approved the permit on a 5–0 roll-call vote.
Later, Cottrell reviewed SUP26-0223 for Rex Trotter, who requested an 1,800-square-foot additional dwelling with a basement at 17073 Andrick Mill Road (A-2 zoning, Tax Map #39-A-113). Trotter told the Board the new dwelling would use a separate well and septic system from the existing farmhouse while the original house is restored. The Board approved SUP26-0223 on a 5–0 roll-call vote.
Both approvals followed staff presentations and closed public hearings with no public opposition noted.
