Council member Benedict Capp described and sponsored a narrowly drawn amendment to the bill that corrected an error in the map attached to the document. "This is a very minor straightforward amendment," Capp said. "In the production of this document, there was a little mix up with the map that is attached to this item. This amendment merely corrects the map on this request. So with that, I ask your support." The amendment was moved and seconded in both committees and carried.
After adopting the amendment, members moved and seconded approval of the bill as amended. The committees recommended approval with a reported tally of seven in favor, zero against and zero not voting. There were no public commenters on the item.
The meeting concluded with no further business and was adjourned.
