Council members asked who would use the C‑8 pathway and whether it made sense to wait in case roadway widening on Stribling Way would remove space for a future path; staff said the project was prioritized through the MPO and the village must proceed now to secure the grant. Low bidders were disclosed for the C‑8 path and for other projects; staff recommended awarding contracts and executing supplemental FDOT agreements to secure the funding.
