Board members asked whether cast stone (precast limestone) could be used on the sanctuary’s main facade to raise the material quality. Adamburo said the original intent included stone but the applicant requested a value‑engineer alternate in case bids required a stucco‑based option; he clarified the cast‑stone element would be limited to the main sanctuary facade and tower wainscoting.
A motion to approve petition 2026‑0002‑ARB and to encourage use of the cast‑stone option carried unanimously.
Next steps include final permitting and construction-phase coordination with staff and future ARB reviews for any design modifications.
