City announces red‑light camera warning pilot and Juneteenth closures

The city manager also reminded residents that city offices, the joint judicial center and the recreation center will be closed on June 19 for Juneteenth and that yard‑waste collection for that week will be canceled; Winchester Transit and the outdoor pool at Jim Barnett Park will be open on June 19.
