The West Windsor Township Council unanimously approved its consent agenda at the June 8 business session, adopting resolutions 2026-R120 through 2026-R125 by roll call vote.
The consent agenda included routine and time-sensitive items: renewal of multiple liquor licenses (R120, with R125 added as a walk-in item specifically to renew the hotel-motel liquor license for BLG West Windsor LLC, license number 1113-36-019-00001), rejection of bids for the Waterworks food concession project (R121), permits for public fireworks displays tied to local festivals (R122 and R123), and a final change order for Cranberry Road Sidewalk Phase 2B (R124) increasing the contract by $5,439.72 to a total not-to-exceed $758,853.72.
Council moved and seconded the consent agenda; roll-call votes were recorded as yes by Charles, Gawas, Mandel and Weiss, and the resolutions passed.
Mayor Dan explained the R125 walk-in renewal was requested after the state Alcoholic Beverage Control office warned the township the license could be lost if not timely renewed.
Provenance: consent agenda motion and roll-call vote (topic intro SEG 2016; vote recorded SEG 2028'SEG 2031).
