Feldman presented site plans showing the proposed limit of disturbance, a roof‑runoff infiltration system and the configuration of two ANR lots that together form the building parcel. He told the commission the project will not affect Well #6 (off Wolomolopoag Street) and that much of the lot will remain wooded after construction. Commission members raised no objections after the presentation and approved the administrative authorization by roll-call vote.
The approval authorizes the Conservation Administrator to issue the Administrative Land Disturbance Approval LDR‑0019; the Commission did not attach additional special conditions at the meeting.
