Southampton Land Development Board appoints acting chair, memorializes variance for Lattari front porch

The Southampton Township Land Development Board appointed Mr. Murphy as acting chair and unanimously memorialized Resolution 2024.17 at a brief meeting on July 18, 2024.

Board Solicitor Peter Lange told the board that both the chairman and vice-chairman were absent, prompting a motion to name an acting chair. Ms. Conover nominated Mr. Murphy for that role; Mr. Dehoff seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Mr. Murphy then called the meeting to order at 6:07 p.m., followed by the flag salute and the board's reading of the Open Public Meetings Act statement of compliance.
