Council member Willie recused himself from the vote because of his role on the fair association board; the motion passed with the remaining council members voting in favor.
Procedural next steps: staff will finalize the settlement document, record the deed restriction language for the Patterson Center, and execute documents needed to deed back the two lots to the Rockdale Fair Association.
