Morris told the council a precast concrete business, Bridger Pre-cast, purchased a Missoula company and is operating on site manufacturing concrete products including items used in septic systems and stormwater infrastructure. He offered to share contact information for residents with questions about operations.
Council members and residents asked about outdoor storage of septic tanks and other materials; Morris said most manufacturing occurs inside and that the operation employs a few dozen people. No formal action was taken; staff and residents noted continued coordination with the county as land-use reviews proceed.
