The committee discussed partnering with the Economic Development Corporation (EDC, transitioning from EDAC) and the Chamber of Commerce to explore advertising and promotion opportunities for the course. Members flagged a new local publication, the North Shore Navigator, as a distribution channel and encouraged coordinated messaging that would come from official city communications.
On financial reporting, a subteam proposed GCAC act as a pilot to help the city develop simplified financial templates and metrics for course performance. The committee planned follow-up meetings with the mayor and staff to discuss valuation metrics and reporting formats.
