Colbert described Fire Department requests including four sets of SPC fire gear (annual replacement) estimated at $25,000, ballistic gear for $21,000, supply line hoses for $13,000, and a facility hygiene upgrade for $12,000. The DPW listed $134,700 in recommended work at the Town Office (11 Main Street) per the HL Turner study.
Selectmen discussed funding sources — CIP fund, capital reserve, or grants — and asked the committee to continue assembling the six-year plan. Selectman Guthrie moved to receive the CIP report; the motion passed and the board later took a roll-call revote to confirm the acceptance after verifying remote-vote process.
