Selectboard votes to unmerge three Map 12 lots, revotes to comply with remote participation rules

The board permitted Selectman Morse to participate remotely by motion and then took a roll-call revote to confirm the unmerge; the revote passed unanimously.
The Selectboard did not indicate that the unmerge imposes immediate changes to tax or permitting status; no implementation steps were specified at the meeting beyond effectuating the board’s vote.
