At the June 9 meeting, Radnor Township School District’s committee chairs reported on end-of-year work and items the board will consider this summer; the board then approved the consent agenda on a 6–0 voice vote.
Curriculum committee chair Miss Guertin (S12) summarized the June 2 meeting: review of three overnight student trip requests, several proposed textbook revisions, and a contract for a new virtual learning platform with Edmentum to begin in September. Guertin also said the proposed 2026–27 school calendar was presented and placed on the meeting agenda for approval.
Facilities chair Lon Rosenblum (S5) reported the committee discussed credit for the Ithon Temp HVAC project, the district’s application for a DCED Public School Facility Improvement Grant that is on the board agenda for approval, and an ISIM construction update presented by Ken Morris. Policy matters were summarized as six policies up for second reading.
When the board moved the consent agenda (items 9.01–14), a voice vote recorded the motion as passing 6–0. The board also announced committee meeting schedules for August and the next regular business meeting on Aug. 25 at 7 p.m.
